For the record; I am EXTREMELY HAPPY with Dr Joel Kaplan’s Penis Pump, the two cylinders you sent me worked real well, perhaps too good. The 3.5, I am filling everything but the last inch, so in the next few months or so I would have no more room to grow. The 2.25 is doing real well. At the beginning when I purchased my pump I was not so successful because I was only using the pump for 20 minutes. The biggest change was done when I went from 20 minutes to one hour. Now I do it 1:15 EVERYDAY, back in the early days I was 3.5" long now I am up to 6.5" and growing, not bad considering that I am 53 years old. Thanks a lot. JPP, Oregon

I have been trying out vacuum pumps for 2 years and found Dr. Joel Kaplan's to be simply the best! I started off using those cheap "Fireman" pumps. The ones that have a vacuum release hole drilled into the cylinder and a bulb that just does not produce enough vacuum. Tried other bicycle pump contraptions and discovered that even though I don't have to hold the cylinder (to cover the vacuum hole), the seal was sooner or later going to release as both hands were on the bicycle pump. NO GOOD! I then purchased a book called "The Vacuum Pumper's Handbook" by Gary Griffin and discovered Dr Joel Kaplan pumps. This book actually gives ratings to manufacturers who make pumps. Bottom line, two manufacturers received the highest ratings for Quality, Service, and Value -- VacuTech and Dr Joel Kaplan. I researched both companies and found prices to be similar. A bit high for my tastes. I decided to hold off the bug to purchase another pump. I researched both manufacturers for weeks and stumbled on your company (JN Outlet). How you guys are selling Dr Joel Kaplan systems for dirt cheap I do not know! Needless to say, I bought one. I love it! The pistol grip makes it easier to pump because it leaves my other hand open to hold the cylinder to ensure a tight seal is always maintained. By just the weight of the cylinder, I know this item is built to last. IT'S THICK, and so is my penis :) The gauge on the top of the vacuum pump is also handy that so that I can maintain a consistent pressure. The instructions that are provided are the most detailed instructions I have ever come across in the multiple penis pumps that I have tried. The only other literature that I have read that keeps pace with DR Joel Kaplan's instructions are the ones found in Gary Griffin's "Vacuum Pumper's Handbook." What I have discovered is that pumping is now fun! I do not have to wrestle with cheapo penis pumps anymore. The value is simply the best! Nowhere else could I find a better deal.

I want to post my results; in hope others will follow suit. Not for competitive reasons - but for inspiration! I started pumping 3 weeks ago with both the first and second cylinder. I have usually pumped every other day for 40 minutes total - but have missed several days.

My measurements before: length= 6.5", girth = 4.75"
measurements today: length = 7", girth = 5.50"
